Thrainn Freyr Vigfusson is the head chef and owner of the renowned restaurants Sumac and ÓX in Reykjavik. ÓX holds one Michelin Star and a Green Michelin Star. At Kaskis, two Michelin-starred chefs come together for a collaborative menu: Erik Mansikka and Thrainn Freyr Vigfusson from restaurant ÓX in Reykjavik. Long-time friends and colleagues, each first earned a Michelin star before being awarded their green Michelin star last year. The menu combines the styles of both chefs and their restaurants into a unique shared experience, while reflecting Kaskis’ own distinctive style. The 3.5-hour service invites guests to sit back and fully savour an exceptional dining experience.
