Ravintola OOBU Läntinen Rantakatu 9 20100 TurkuOn 12–13 September, something truly special is on the menu. Come to OOBU to enjoy a unique dish available for just two days and created in collaboration with top chef Petteri Luoto, who has previously visited the restaurant. The dish is a fine example of what guest visits can bring to restaurants.
The plate features a potato pancake, warm smoked salmon, sherry-pickled radish and a dill-cucumber granita – a delicious seasonal dish served with a glass of refreshing bubbly. All of this can be enjoyed with calming views of the Aura River and the warm, golden glow of early autumn.
