Join us on 5–6 September for Mami’s Special Days, featuring internationally acclaimed chef Petteri Luoto. His style brings together pure Nordic flavours and global influences in unexpected ways.

We’ll be serving Mami Remix 2025 – a unique menu and warm-up for the Food & Fun Festival. Alongside the culinary delights, you can enjoy Luoto’s vibrant paintings on display at Mami.

Petteri describes the special menu:
“Seven years abroad have now come to an end. Returning to Finland, I get a fantastic start by spending two consecutive evenings in the kitchen at Restaurant Mami, on Friday 5 September and Saturday 6 September 2025.”

A six-course menu is on offer, based on the classic dishes of restaurant Mami. The dishes on this menu have never been made before, but in principle, the ingredient combinations don’t sound impossible. A fully immersive experience is guaranteed by a soundtrack specially created by Petteri Luoto for these two evenings.

Porcini Risotto “Soto Mayor”
Fried porcini risotto, sprout salad flavoured with yuzu

Skagen “Basilica Toast”
Toast with basil and Västerbotten cheese, river prawn Skagen, cold-smoked rainbow trout roe

Tartare “Tonnato”
Roasted veal tartare, classic tuna mayonnaise, Mami-style cucumber and radish

Arctic Char “Ballotine”
Charred Arctic char with pike mousse, miso-seasoned Brussels sprouts, leek and bacon sauce

Duck “Lobscouse”
Lightly smoked duck breast, crushed Jerusalem artichoke, potato and duck leg, dark caramelised onion sauce

Crème Caramel “Poppy”
Caramelised white chocolate mousse, poppy seed “Rocky Road”, rosemary sorbet
