MOVE•5D is an immersive dining space offering a multi-sensory, story-driven experience. Each dish is a work of art handcrafted from high-quality ingredients. The menu showcases local produce wherever possible, featuring, for example, freshly caught fish and vegetables from the nearby Lindroth garden. Dinner at MOVE•5D is like a performance, where a surprise-filled menu unfolds alongside the story and evokes emotion.

Colibrí Jiménez

Colibrí Jiménez is a Mexican chef with over 15 years of experience researching and cooking authentic ancestral Mexican cuisine. She is currently the head chef and owner of Tierra de Nadie, the first culinary apothecary, where she incorporates medicinal plants and herbs into her cooking.

Axel Thorsteinsson

Axel Thorsteinsson is a Reykjavík-based baker, pastry chef and entrepreneur with over two decades of global experience. From leading brand bakery operations across the Middle East with names such as Bouchon Bakery, Princi and Dean & DeLuca, to shaping Iceland’s culinary scene, his work has been celebrated with national and international awards.

This extraordinary collaboration between the restaurant MOVE•5D, Mexican chef Colibrí Jiménez and Icelandic pastry chef Axel Thorsteinsson unites expertise gathered from different corners of the world on a single table. The menu may change, and we reserve the right to make updates. Whenever possible, the food is prepared using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The evening lasts about 3 hours, including an intermission. The event follows a set schedule, and all guests dine simultaneously at a shared table. When making your reservation, please enter the participants’ first names and any dietary restrictions in the free text field, as we are only able to accommodate them to a very limited extent on-site. Please note that a fully vegan version of the dinner cannot be provided.
