Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is the world’s largest and oldest gastronomic association. Its mission is to foster collaboration between culinary professionals and food and wine enthusiasts, as well as to preserve and promote local food culture. The association helps share information about the Food & Fun Festival with its members and the wider public in Finland.

The international food event, the Food & Fun Festival, has launched an innovative composting trial aimed at reducing restaurant waste and producing high-quality compost fertiliser for use in primary production. The trial is being carried out in collaboration with Dieta, Kakolanruusu and Kustavin Kipinä.
